1. Acceptance of Terms

By initiating a conversation with any WhatsApp-based application developed by Trilo Software ("we," "us," "our"), operated by Costa Rican Solutions G3 S.R.L., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.

2. Description of Service

Trilo Software develops and operates automated conversational agents ("bots") on the WhatsApp Business Platform on behalf of businesses. These bots allow end users to place orders, request information, and interact with business services via WhatsApp messaging.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the service at any time for maintenance, security, or business reasons, with or without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, conversational flows, and systems developed by Trilo Software remain the exclusive intellectual property of Costa Rican Solutions G3 S.R.L. End users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service as intended.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trilo Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid, if any, by you for the service in the preceding 30 days.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Our services operate on the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform. Use of WhatsApp is also subject to Meta's Terms of Service at https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/terms-of-service. We are not responsible for Meta's platform availability or policy changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of San José, Costa Rica.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
